Paneer Bhurji

I'm a hard core non vegetarian but somehow I dislike eggs ..So trying omelette, sunny fried and bhurji/scrambled eggs is a big no to me...I substitute the eggs with paneer and make bhurji to enjoy i with breads for breakfast. You can even add more veggies to this and can substitute tofu for paneer.Made this paneer bhurji for stuffing in my buns and I must tell you it tasted simply superb..This Paneer bhurji taste good  with breads/naans/chapati..

Once the onions turn translucent add the green chillies and capsicum and saute .
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Now mix in the garam masala powder, turmeric salt and the crumbled paneer.
