Butter Cake

This is a very simple yet rich and soft Butter Cake .This has been in my drafts since long somehow it was overtaken by another post today i thought i should publish it. I have always preferred butter cakes than any other specially pound  cakes.This cake is a real winner.You'll absolutely love it .I always make this for Rosaries or for tea time when we have guest over.I'm sure you too will love this buttery soft cake.The recipe is simple and easy to follow .


Ingredients
125 gms butter
100 gm sugar (powdered)
100 gms flour/maida
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
Cream Butter and Sugar till its creamy and fluffy
Add one egg and beat
Add another egg and vanilla extract and beat well till fluffy
Now mix in the sifted flour .Mix using a spatula.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree for 10 min.
Pour the batter in well greased 6 inch pan
Bake fo 30 min at 180 degree till the skewer comes out clean.

    1. You could try adding.. I have two tutti fruitti cake recipes in the blog yoy can try them too..butter cake taste best when made with jus butter sugar flour n eggs
