Grilled Chicken Sizzler ..Simply delicious grilled chicken breast herbed rice,tossed vegetables served with a delicious easy to make brown sauce on a sizzling plate .This is my version of homemade grilled chicken sizzler which is insanely easy and utterly delish .
Making sizzler at home is always fun you can customize it according to your taste buds .I have lined up a couple of sizzler recipes which you can try at home .
ingredients
for the chicken marination
500 gm chicken breast /boneless thigh
2 tsp lime juice
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
5 to 6 garlic minced
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt
for the gravy /sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour /apf/maida
7 to 8 garlic chopped fine
2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
for tossed vegetables
8 to 10 mushrooms sliced
5 baby corns cut lengthwise
6 to 7 french beans
1 carrot cut lengthwise
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
for garlic rice
2 cups cooked basmati rice
8 to 10 garlic minced
1 tsp mixed herbs
3 spring onion green chopped fine
salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 potato cut into wedges

method
grilled chicken breast
- Make some slits on the chicken breast apply salt and keep aside for 10 minutes
- Mix herbs ,garlic ,ginger garlic paste , chilli flakes ,pepper ,lime juice ,olive oil and marinate the chicken with this mix.
- Heat a grill pan add olive oil and butter then add the marinated chicken breast and cook till done .
- Remove the chicken breast and keep aside.

Assembling the sizzler plate
- In the same pan add olive oil and the vegetables , pepper ,chilli flakes salt herbs and mix.
- Stir fry the veggies on high flame.
- Take a wide pan/wok add olive oil and butter then add minced garlic and stir for few minutes over medium flame.
- Add the spring onion greens ,pepper and herbs and mix.
- Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well over high flame.
- Switch the flame off and set aside .
- Heat a pan add olive oil and butter then add chopped garlic
- Saute for few minutes .
- Add in mixed herbs chilli flakes and soy and chilli sauce .
- Mix well .
- Now add the flour and mix for few minutes
- then add water/stock and mix ,the sauce will thicken up
- Add more water according to the gravy consistency desired .
- Heat the sizzler plate for 10 to 12 minutes
- Place it on the wooden base
- Drizzle few drops of oil and place few cabbage leaves
- Arrange herbed rice ,tossed vegetables, fried potato and place the grilled chicken breast.
- Pour the brown sauce over the vegetables on the rice and little on the bottom serve it sizzling hot .
