Have to brush it with milk and then keep it for second rise is it ???

Gloria Fernandes said...

Can we make buns with wheat flour instead of maida?

Gloria Fernandes said...

You can use it will b a bit dense if only wheat flour is used..use half maida and half wheat flour

Anuradha said...

Do we knead to a soft dough after mixing the yeast and other ingredients then add melted butter and knead.or add butter and knead along with the yeast and other ingredients

Gloria Fernandes said...

Knead to a soft dough adding all ingredients starting with yeast, doesn't matter as long as all is well mixed into a smooth soft dough
