Khate Chane/Jaisalmer Chane/Dahi Chana

Dahi Chana/Jaisalmer Chane or Jaiselmeri chana a very tasty yet simple dish made with black chickpeas/kala chana simmered in yogurt/dahi with very few spices .Jaisalmeri Chane /Jaisalmer chana is very  creamy delicious gravy made  without onions ,ginger garlic and tomatoes .It goes well with chapati/phulkas or steamed rice .Personally I love it with methi thepla /besan ki roti .
The gravy can be kept semi dry too..This dish uses very little oil so its a healthy and yummy dish too.
