Try this super easy and refreshing drink this summers ad get refreshed..This makes a wonderful welcome drink.I tasted this in a restaurant when we went for dinner on my birthday .They served this as a welcome drink and i really enjoyed it.I had some strawberries in the fridge so i decided to use them to make this wonderful drink.I also added rose syrup which gave a lovely colour to this drink.It was really very good we all enjoyed this drink .I will be making this quite often now ..
Ingredients
10 -15 strawberries hulled
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
rose syrup as needed
Soda
Ice cubes.
- In a blender put the hulled strawberries and puree it.
- In a vessel place the puree and the sugar with water and let it cook for 7-10 min till it thickens.
- Let it cool completely .
- In glass put 1 tbsp strawberry puree ,rose syrup and few ice cubes .
- Then just pour the soda over this.
- And your refreshing strawberry soda is ready to serve.

it can be made but then you won't get that fizz..it will taste like a normal cold drink...

Wow what a sparkling soda... Here in Pizza Hut they give something similar to this and they have strawberry bites in the drink...
