Hi will the buns will be as soft and yummy if I make it without the filling ..I mean plain buns
Yes the plain buns will be nice and soft..
Have to brush it with milk and then keep it for second rise is it ???
yes or you can even brush it just before you pop it in the oven ,I do that at times.
Looks delicious :P :P
Can we make buns with wheat flour instead of maida?
You can use it will b a bit dense if only wheat flour is used..use half maida and half wheat flour
Do we knead to a soft dough after mixing the yeast and other ingredients then add melted butter and knead.or add butter and knead along with the yeast and other ingredients
Knead to a soft dough adding all ingredients starting with yeast, doesn't matter as long as all is well mixed into a smooth soft dough
