Chicken Fried Rice with Burnt Garlic.




Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cup Cooked Basmati Rice 
  • 1 cup  Shredded Chicken( boiled with pepper and salt)
  • 7 -8 garlic cloves chopped fine
  • 5-6 baby corns chopped
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum
  • 1/2 Yellow Capsicum
  • 1/2 green Capsicum
  • 3 spring onions chopped (both greens and onions)
  • 1 tbsp carrot chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp pepper sauce(optional)
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pepper crushed/to taste
  • salt to taste.

Method:
Soak the rice for 30 min cook  and keep it aside to cool.
Cut all the Vegetables fine and keep it ready.
Boil the chicken with salt and pepper and shred it and keep aside.
Heat oil in a vessel add garlic fry till  brown then add the  chopped spring onion.
Add the Vegetables except the spring onion greens fry well on high flame add salt and pepper to taste.
Then put the shredded chicken mix for a minute then add the sauces.
Fry for a minute then add Cooked rice mix all well on high flame  mix carefully without breaking the grain 
Lastly add the spring onion green and toss well .
Add salt and pepper if needed .
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.



























































Note:
Adding pepper sauce is optional ,you can avoid but add the crushed pepper.
You can add more soya sauce i added less as pepper sauce contains soya sauce.
You can add fried egg after adding the vegetables.
