500 gms chicken breast cut in cubes
1/4 cup hung curds
7-8 big cloves garlic
1.5 inch ginger
2 green chillies
1.5 tbsp heaped freshly crushed black pepper
1 tsp lime juice
salt to taste
Clean the chicken and cut in cubes .
Apply salt to the chicken pieces.
Grind the chilli,ginger garlic to a smooth paste.
In a bowl mix the hung yogurt,ground chilli ginger garlic paste ,pepper and lime juice.
Apply this mixture to the chicken and marinate for 3-6 hrs.
You can even grill this.or
In a non stick pan take 1 tbsp oil and fry on both sides over medium flame covering it with lid so that its soft and cooked well from inside.
Serve with mint chutney as an starter or as side dish with butter naan.
